The position requires a valid Nursing Home Administrator license, a related bachelor's degree, and several years of healthcare administration experience.

Qualifications

Current, valid Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of employment.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Home Administration or related healthcare administration field.
Minimum three years of experience in healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility and Assisted Living Facility.
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local standards and regulations.
Manage staffing, resources, and quality of care while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Promote the facility through active involvement in external and internal health care activities.
