Greenhill Villas in Mount Pleasant, TX is seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) to oversee all facility operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining a resident-centered, compassionate care environment.

The role drives staff development, regulatory readiness, budget oversight, admissions and billing processes, and community relations to promote high-quality services and a safe, comfortable setting for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Administrator license from the applicable state agency.
• Deep understanding of nursing home regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience managing budgets, admissions, and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations in line with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal survey processes and audit readiness.
• Manage admissions, billing, receivables, payables, and payroll.
• Drive community relations and market the facility to promote services.
• Enhance resident services including therapeutic and recreational programs.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
