Job summary

Life Care Center of Kona, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, is seeking a passionate and experienced licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our 94-bed skilled nursing facility. The role oversees financial operations, HR, patient care, and compliance, guiding the facility to uphold Life Care standards and market-leading care.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, active NHA license, and 3+ years post-acute care experience; ACHCA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Currently licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the applicable state.
• Three or more years' post-acute care experience preferred.
• Certification with American College preferred (ACHCA).

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations to provide quality patient care in accordance with laws and Life Care standards.
• Oversee financial operations, human resources, customer service, business development and clinical operations.
• Develop and implement policies pertaining to patient care, staffing and maintenance of the facility.
• Manage budget to meet facility needs and division goals while ensuring compliance.
