Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) required or in-state eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience managing a healthcare or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise nursing staff and support personnel to maintain high standards of care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with healthcare professionals.
• Promote resident rights, respect, and dignity.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with social workers to address residents’ emotional and social needs.
• Implement staff training programs on best practices in care techniques.
• Foster a positive environment encouraging resident engagement.
