Job summary

The Blossoms is seeking a capable Administrator to lead the facility’s overall operation in accordance with resident needs and regulatory requirements. You will direct budgeting, staffing, marketing, and compliance activities to meet quality care and business objectives.

Applicants must have a four-year degree in a related field, hold a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator credential, and possess Arkansas licensure with at least two years of management experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Possesses a four (4) year Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Maintains a current, valid Arkansas State Nursing Home Administrator’s License.
• Possesses a minimum two (2) years applicable management experience in a long term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of relevant state, federal and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs the overall operation of the facility in accordance with resident needs and regulations.
• Plans all aspects of facility operations and monitors departments for policy compliance and performance.
• Maintains high morale and staff retention through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Manages budgets, labor costs and business office activities.
• Develops marketing strategies and builds relationships with regulators and the community.
• Ensures 24/7 on-call availability and staff education.
• Ensures compliance with government regulations and quality standards.
