Job summary
Highland Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation in Longview, TX seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our care team and ensure top-quality resident services. Qualifications
- Must hold an active LNHA license in Texas.
- Experience managing nursing home operations.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations and compliance.
- Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
