Job summary

Volare Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Southern Oregon, with a focus on delivering exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance.

As Administrator, you will provide strategic leadership, oversee admissions, census development, staffing, budgeting, and performance improvement, while partnering with clinical leaders to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active LNHA license in Oregon or ability to obtain licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated financial management and operational oversight experience.
• Proficiency with healthcare IT platforms and regulatory compliance.

As an Administrator, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight while ensuring regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee engagement, and outstanding clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Oregon or ability to obtain licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated financial management and operational oversight experience.
• Proficiency with computer systems and healthcare technology platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, staff, physicians, and regulatory agencies.
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and reference verification.
• Willingness to travel throughout Southern Oregon, including occasional overnight stays.

Required Experience

• Completion of an Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program or previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Assistant Administrator.
• Minimum of one (1) year of long-term care leadership experience.
• Proven success in managing skilled nursing facility operations, regulatory compliance, and team development.
