Job summary

Heritage Care Center of Berkley is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the facility's strategic and operational efforts in Missouri. The role focuses on quality care, accountability, teamwork, and resident dignity, with a hands-on leadership style and decisive decision-making.

You will oversee daily operations, build a strong leadership team, and drive clinical quality, census growth, and financial performance while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.
• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
• Experience leading behavioral health residents and turning around underperforming facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive culture focused on resident care and employee engagement.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Current Missouri Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.
• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated success improving challenged operations or leading organizational turnaround efforts.
• Experience working with behavioral health residents and managing complex resident populations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Progressive leadership experience.
• 4 year's experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while making confident, timely decisions.
• High integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• A hands-on leadership style with the willingness to lead from the front.
