The Overlook at Rowan is seeking a NC Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our revived Salisbury facility with grit and heart. This role sets the tone, raises standards, and builds trust across residents, families, staff, and partners.

You will drive operations, compliance, and culture, delivering excellence in service while guiding department leaders and ensuring compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
• Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations, survey process, reimbursement, staffing, and quality measures.
• Demonstrated success in team development and problem solving.
• Ability to drive accountability with compassion and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the center in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Building, coaching, and developing department leaders who lead, not just manage.

What You Will Do

The Administrator serves as the operational and cultural leader of the facility and is responsible for:
