Job summary

Signature HealthCARE seeks a visionary Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), to guide a Terre Haute, IN facility. Relocation support is available as part of joining our family-based organization focused on patient-centered care and quality of life initiatives.

You will lead with innovation, ensure financial stewardship, and drive staff development while delivering outstanding clinical outcomes in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the current state or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Must demonstrate success in LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction, retention, and financial outcomes.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfort with AI tools preferred.
