With your experience and expertise, you will lead our team in delivering outstanding patient care and creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and appropriateness of resident/patient care meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards.
• Prepare the annual budget for the facility and monitor monthly performance to ensure timely interventions as needed.
• Recruit, hire, provide orientation/training, and retain a sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out facility programs and services.
• Ensure employee performance meets or exceeds expectations and conduct periodic performance appraisals.
• Safeguard the facility as a safe, clean, comfortable, and appealing environment for residents, patients, visitors, and staff.
• Complete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
• Manage all aspects of state or federal government survey processes.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Nursing Home Administrator.

• Active license as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA).
