Envive of Brookville in Brookville, IN is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team in delivering high-quality resident care and maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

You will manage budgets, hire and train staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee survey processes to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Minimum 3 years in Long Term Care.
• Active LHNA license must be holding.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident care meets company and regulatory standards.
• Prepare annual facility budget and monitor monthly performance.
• Recruit, hire, orient/train, and retain qualified staff for programs and services.

With your experience and expertise, you will lead our team in delivering outstanding patient care and creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality and appropriateness of resident/patient care meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards
• Prepare annual budget for the facility and monitor monthly performance to ensure timely interventions as needed
• Recruit, hire, provide orientation/training, and retain a sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out facility programs and services
• Ensure employee performance meets or exceeds expectations and conduct periodic performance appraisals
• Safeguard the facility as a safe, clean, comfortable, and appealing environment for residents, patients, visitors, and staff
• Complete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations
• Manage all aspects of state or federal government survey processes

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Excellent work history in the Long Term Care industry (minimum 3 years)
• Active license as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA)
