Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA) – Highland Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

Full‑time, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Range: $145,000.00 - $185,000.00 annually.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong financial management and budgetary skills
• Plan, organize, develop, and implement program goals and objectives necessary to provide quality care
• Work well independently and collaborate effectively to manage diverse needs
• Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and areas of specialty care
• Possess exceptional communication skills
• Demonstrate empathy and good listening skills to staff, residents and families

Qualifications

• Must possess NHA license in the state of MA
• Two years' experience in a skilled facility is preferred
• Strong leadership skills necessary to successfully manage day‑to‑day operations in accordance with all local, state and federal codes, rules and regulations
