Job summary

Signature HealthCARE seeks a visionary Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Terre Haute facility. You will steer strategic direction, drive quality outcomes, and oversee operational performance with a focus on patient-centered care and staff development.

Relocation to Terre Haute, Indiana is required. Candidates should bring healthcare leadership experience, P&L accountability, and the ability to implement AI-enabled efficiencies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the applicable state or be willing to obtain.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility and ability to drive financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the facility with innovative, patient-centered care.
• Relocate to Terre Haute, IN, and provide strategic organizational leadership.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
