Qualifications

• A valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator’s license in the state.
• Bachelor's degree in health administration preferred.
• Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing home, or related health care facility.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates and directs the operation of the facility and its programs in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Identifies key performance indicators and establishes monitoring systems such as QA and PI processes.
• Evaluates KPI outcomes with department heads to determine actions such as re-education or revisions to improve outcomes and satisfaction.
• Develops and maintains the facility's fiscal health with the Business Office Manager.
• Executes census and occupancy management strategies to improve census and fiscal health.
• Represents the facility publicly and to professional audiences with clear, concise messaging.
