Job summary

Franklin County Rehab is seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our skilled nursing team in Vermont. Valid LNA certification is required; we offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay.

You will assist residents with daily activities, mobility, and care plans, while collaborating with nurses and other staff to ensure high-quality care. We provide a warm, supportive environment that emphasizes teamwork, ongoing development, and respect for residents.

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required.
• Compassionate and enthusiastic approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable, responsible, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
• Ability to work assigned shifts and schedules.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and other care needs as assigned.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate teamwork, compassion, professionalism, and respect in all interactions.
