Job summary

The Villa Rehab in Vermont is seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. A valid LNA certification is required, and candidates should be dedicated to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a warm, supportive environment.

This full-time role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. You will work with nurses and the care team to assist residents with daily living, mobility, safety, and dignity while following

Qualifications

• Valid LNA certification required.
• Compassionate, enthusiastic approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and other care needs as assigned.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate teamwork, compassion, professionalism, and respect in all interactions.
