Overview

The OB/GYN clinic is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team! The clinic includes subspecialties such as Maternal Fetal Medicine, Midwives, General OBGYN, Pediatrics, Urogynecology, Oncology, Vulvar, and Transgender Clinics. The role involves assisting with procedures like Colposcopy, LEEP, D&C, Urodynamics, and Cystoscopy.

LNAs are responsible for managing clinic flow, rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, administering immunizations, performing point of care testing, assisting with procedures, and chaperoning exams. Applicants should have a strong work ethic, professionalism, teamwork, and good communication skills.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays. A $2500 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible hires.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care activities under RN supervision, including vital signs, specimen collection, and point of care testing.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Assist visitors and answer calls.
• Support new staff learning the department's procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Familiarity with computer use and keyboarding skills required.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.

Licensure/Certifications

• Licensed Nursing Assistant in NH required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
