Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and clinical instruction aligned with curriculum objectives.

• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state and program guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
• At least 1 year experience in long‑term care setting
• Completion of an LNA Train‑the‑Trainer program, or willingness to complete upon hiring. (Required per NH Board of Nursing)
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior teaching, precepting, or staff development experience
• Familiarity with adult education principles and higher education teaching
