Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate LNA or caregiver professionals to deliver one-on-one home care across New Hampshire communities. You will help clients maintain independence and dignity with personalized, caring support.

Qualifications

How You Will Make an Impact:

As an LNA or Caregiver, you are the heart of our organization. You will provide one-on-one, compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and joyful companionship.
• Support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (for LNAs).
• Help implement personalized client care plans to ensure safety and comfort.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience/License: A current New Hampshire LNA license OR a minimum of 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (Home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred).
• Heart for Service: A genuine, heartfelt desire to help others with a positive, respectful attitude.
• Reliability: Dependable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
