Job summary

SolutionHealth's Geropsychiatric Unit (GPU) in Manchester, NH is seeking a licensed nursing assistant to join the care delivery team. Under supervision of the RN and Clinical Nurse Manager, you will perform direct and indirect patient care within the LNA scope, offering personal care and emotional support to patients 65+ with cognitive impairment and psychiatric illness.

• Current New Hampshire licensure as LNA required.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment.

GPU is our 29-bed Geropsychiatric Unit specializing in the care of patients ages 65+ with co-occurring cognitive impairment and psychiatric illness.

About the Job:

The LNA, under general direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager and direct supervision of the RN is an integral member of the care delivery team by performing direct and indirect patient care through clinical tasks within the scope of LNA practice and by providing personal care and emotional support.
