Responsibilities

• The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide direct and indirect patient and resident care.
• Assist patients and residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
• Report changes in patient and residents' condition to the charge nurse or supervisor.
• Participate in the care planning process.
