Job summary

Berlin Health & Rehabilitation Center in Barre, Vermont is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) for part-time and full-time roles. You will support residents with ADLs, vital signs, hygiene, and daily activities in a compassionate, patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Vermont LNA license.
• Strong communication with Residents, Nurses and Staff.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Requires critical thinking and tact in varied situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including feeding, ambulation, turning, positioning.
• Administer basic nursing care and hygiene.
• Assist with admission, discharge and transfer of patients.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake and output.
• Provide perineal and incontinence care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Maintain safe, clean patient environment and accurate documentation.
• Adapt to different assignments as needed.
