Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma LPN or RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing protocols.
• Monitor residents and document significant changes.
• Take and track vital signs to detect health deviations.
• Communicate updates to families and physicians as needed.
• Update care plans and flows with residents' condition changes.
• Prepare injections and other routine nursing procedures.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters as assigned.
• Provide wound care and manage treatment plans.
