Qualifications

• MA LPN or RN license required in Massachusetts.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to make independent decisions and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor residents and report changes to physicians, families, and care teams.
• Supervise and mentor other staff, participate in orientation and ongoing education.
