Bay Vista Commons, part of Martha & Mary, is seeking compassionate LPNs/RNs for our Assisted Living team in Kitsap County, WA. You’ll build lasting relationships with residents, provide care, and work with a collaborative team in a supportive, family-like environment.

Formación

• Current, unencumbered Washington State LPN license.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Assisted Living, long-term care, memory care, or geriatric experience preferred.

Wage Range

• LPN: $31.00 – $36.99 per hour
• RN: $35.00 – $41.16 per hour

Wages are based on credentials, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations.

What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Nurse, you’ll work closely with our Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure residents receive exceptional care and support.

• Monitoring resident health and responding to changes in condition

What We’re Looking For

• Current, unencumbered Washington State LPN license
• Minimum one year of nursing experience
• Assisted Living, long‑term care, memory care, or geriatric experience preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Genuine passion for serving older adults
