Koelsch Communities is seeking an enthusiastic LVN to join our Resident Services team at Cedarbrook memory care. New nursing grads are welcome to apply!

This part-time role offers benefits and growth opportunities within the organization. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, assess resident needs, and document nursing processes while collaborating with all departments to uphold high standards of resident assistance and independence.

Qualifications

• Current registration as Licensed Vocational Nurse ( LVN ) in the State of California.
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
• Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive resident treatments.
• Perform medication administration and assistance.
• Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document this nursing process through charting by exception.
• Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

You are a licensed healthcare professional who has a passion behind your practice!
