Deer Ridge Memory Care in Washington state is seeking an enthusiastic LPN to join our Resident Services team. New nursing grads are welcome.

This is a part-time, on-call position offering $40–$42 per hour, depending on experience, with multiple shifts. Qualifications

• Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Washington.
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire.
• Must have ability to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive resident treatments.
• Perform medication administration and assistance.
• Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document this nursing process through charting by exception.
• Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
