Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking an enthusiastic LPN/RN to join our Resident Services team in Billings, MT. New nursing grads are welcome to apply, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered for the right candidate.

The position is part-time with shifts including 6AM-2PM, 8AM-12:30PM, 4PM-7:30PM, and 2PM-10PM on various days. Earn $35-$38 per hour depending on experience and credential, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff and selective benefits for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• Current Montana LPN or RN license.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• CPR/First-Aid certification as needed.
• Effective communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive resident treatments.
• Administer medications and provide assistance.
• Assess resident needs, document nursing processes, and chart by exception.
• Maintain standards of nursing conduct and practice.

You are a licensed healthcare professional who has a passion behind your practice! You safely provide nursing care to residents, administer medications, and work closely with all departments to achieve the highest standards for resident assistance and independence. What You'll Do

• Perform non-invasive resident treatments
• Perform medication administration and assistance
• Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document this nursing process through charting by exception
• Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) or Registered Nurse ( RN ) in the State of Montana
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
• Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
