Job summary

Canyon Creek memory care is seeking an enthusiastic LPN/RN to join our Resident Services team. New nursing grads are welcome to apply. This part-time role offers a $2000 sign-on bonus, and pay between $35 and $38 per hour, depending on experience and credential.

Multiple shifts available including weekends. You will safely provide nursing care, administer medications, and coordinate with other departments to uphold the highest standards for resident assistance and independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with Montana license.
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening on hire.
• Must pass criminal background check as required by state regulations.
• CPR/First-Aid certification as needed per policy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-invasive nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and assist with treatments.
• Assess resident needs and document nursing process.
• Follow nursing standards of conduct and practice.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Multiple Shifts available! SAT - SUN & TUES, 6AM - 2PM; split shift weekdays and weekends, 8AM - 12:30PM & 4PM - 7:30PM; Weekdays and weekends, 2PM - 10PM.

Who you are:

You are a licensed healthcare professional who has a passion behind your practice! You safely provide nursing care to residents, administer medications, and work closely with all departments to achieve the highest standards for resident assistance and independence. We offer a cutting-edge EHR System to save nurses time!

What you'll do:

• Perform non-invasive resident treatments
• Perform medication administration and assistance
• Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document this nursing process through charting by exception
• Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) or Registered Nurse ( RN ) in the State of Montana
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
• Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
