The Fitzgerald by Kisco Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Nurse to provide exemplary nursing services to residents in a senior living community.

Daily responsibilities include assessing residents, monitoring wellbeing, supporting care plans, and participating in performance improvement. A current active nursing license and at least one year of senior care experience are required, with dementia experience preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited RN/LVN/LPN program.
• Minimum of one year experience as a nurse in a senior care setting.
• Assisted living and/or dementia experience preferred.
• Current active, unencumbered Nursing License in the state of practice (LVN/RN/LPN).

• Assess residents to identify their physical, psychosocial and environmental needs.
• Monitor residents’ well-being and report any changes in condition.
• Provide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director.
• Assist with Medication Management Program.
• Assist with care plans.
• Participate in the Assisted Living performance improvement process.
• Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriately.
• Document evaluation of nursing interventions including resident response.

The Licensed Nurse @ The Fitzgerald provides exemplary nursing services to residents.

What will I do every day?

• Assess residents to identify their physical, psychosocial and environmental needs

What will I need to be successful in this role?
