Job summary

Boswell Engineering is seeking a Municipal Project Manager with a licensed professional engineer credential in New Jersey. Lead and mentor a team of project managers, design engineers, and drafters while coordinating municipal projects from proposal through construction.

Responsibilities include attending governing body and land use board meetings, reviewing plans, managing budgets, schedules, billing, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional work experience as Municipal Engineer and Project Manager.
• Current licensed PE certification in New Jersey.
• Proven track-record of developing, mentoring and leading professional engineers.

Responsibilities

• Attend Municipal Governing Body meetings as required.
• Prepare reports for Municipal Land Use Boards and attend Land Use Board meetings.
• Coordinate activities with budgeting, scheduling, and construction issue resolution.
• Prepare monthly status reports and assist with project proposals, budgets, and billing.
