Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking friendly and professional Private Security Guards in Baltimore, MD to perform routine patrols, check access, and monitor security systems for both residential and commercial properties. The role requires a SORA license in NJ, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years of security experience.

Training in First Aid/BLS is preferred, along with strong reporting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• NJ SORA license and valid driver's license required.
• 2+ years of security experience.
• Knowledge of local/state security guidelines.
• Excellent observation and reporting skills.
• Experience with CCTV systems.
• First Aid and BLS training.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Routine security and safety patrols of property and structures.
• Verify and track access credentials of residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries.
• Ensure exits, doors, and windows are secure.
• Monitor and track CCTV to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Respond to and assess alarms and notifications.
• Provide security-related assistance to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Report unlawful acts to authorities and document incidents.
• Submit daily surveillance and incident reports to management.
