Elite Investigations is seeking a Mobile Patrol Security Officer in the Baltimore area. This role involves patrolling four retail locations, conducting exterior perimeter drives, and maintaining highly secure premises with strong customer-service focus.

Ideal candidates will hold an MD Guard Card / Security License, a valid Driver License, and demonstrate solid report writing, English communication, and the ability to handle crises calmly and professionally.

Qualifications

• MD Guard Card / Security License is required.
• Valid Driver License and MV background check required.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and conflict management.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Attention to detail and strong observation skills.
• Work well independently and in a team.
• Reliable transportation required.
• English language proficiency in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Regularly conducts thorough patrols across four Baltimore retail locations.
• Performs exterior perimeter drives on arrival and before departure.
• Inspects all entry points to ensure doors, windows, and gates are secure.
• Provides warnings and takes action against loitering or prohibited behavior.
• Reports safety issues such as fire hazards or security breaches promptly.
