Holiday Builders in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant who represents the company to prospective home buyers and manages the sales process from showing homes to closing.

The role requires 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience, an active real estate license in applicable states, and strong networking, problem-solving, and computer skills with MLS and CRM systems; travel to model centers and events is frequent.

Formación

• 2–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Current real estate license in states where legally required.

Responsabilidades

• Shows and sells homes to prospective buyers and accompanies customers to home sites.
• Quotes purchase prices and explains terms and conditions of sales.
• Prepares sales contracts and assists in coordinating closing activities.
• Develops business plans and maintains realtor/broker contacts.
• Manages the day-to-day operations of the model center.
• Prepares and maintains databases and reports of prospective buyers’ information and traffic counts.
• Monitors model centers/showcase homes for cleanliness and appearance and arranges repairs as necessary.
• Attends region/division meetings and sales events to stay informed on market conditions.
• Develops and maintains competitive market analyses for the selling area.
