Job summary

WDHI in Las Vegas is seeking a qualified Structural Inspector to perform detailed inspections and communicate findings to Real Estate agents and clients. You must hold the Nevada Inspector of Structures license and have prior licensed inspection experience.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, reliability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. You will navigate various sites, including roofs and crawl spaces, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Nevada Inspector of Structures license.
• Experience as a Licensed Inspector is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong listening.
• Ability to problem-solve and conduct professional conversations with Real Estate agents and customers.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Able to work in various weather, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces and attics, and stand long periods.
• Must pass employment screening and knowledge exams.
• Background and driving checks required.
• Available to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
