Qualifications

• High School Diploma as minimum education.
• 7+ years of construction inspection experience.
• Familiar with CCPW and NDOT specifications and construction requirements.
• Strong ability to interpret plans, codes and specs and to document findings.
• Proficient in technical writing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Manager in delivery of heavy civil projects through Southern Nevada.
• Supervise inspection staff and coordinate field activities.
• Collect, analyze, and document data from site, plans and reports.
• Perform inspections for conformity with rules, codes, and permits.
• Provide guidance and training to entry-level inspection staff.
• Write technical inspection reports and summaries.
