Job summary

Lena Rose Beauty in Lincoln Square, Chicago, seeks a licensed Nail Technician for a part-time role. You will perform manicures and pedicures using our protocols, provide honest nail health consultations, and maintain sanitation per Illinois standards.

Availability Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays is required. Base pay starts at $20/hour with tenure growth to $27/hour, plus 2–10% commission on all sales through our Rose Rate.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Nail Technician license.
• Available every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Clean, consistent technique: cuticle care, gel and structured application.
• Punctual and reliable, on time for every guest.
• Open to feedback and to Lena Rose way.

Responsibilities

• Manicures and pedicures from Classic to Chakra to Fire & Ice, plus gel, structured, GelX and Russian manicures.
• Nail health first: honest consultation, proper cuticle care, and addressing damaged nails.
• Sanitation to Illinois state board standards after every guest, and a station reset to Lena Rose Standard.
• At least one product recommendation per guest (goal of two), and every guest rebooked before checkout.
