What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Mortgage Loan Originators (MLO) with day-to-day procedures for efficient operations
- Pull daily pipeline reports and communicate with consumers post-approval
- Conduct timely document collection and review for loan files
- Validate program guidelines and ensure compliance with client files
- Support marketing activities and manage databases for consumers and agents

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a fully licensed MLO in good standing
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry
- Understanding of mortgage industry guidelines and regulations
- Proficient in various residential mortgage types including Fannie, Freddie, FHA, USDA, VA, Renovation, and Construction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Open/Close LOS or similar systems
- Experience with AUD (LP, DU, GUS, etc.)
