Ellie Mental Health in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist – Approved Supervisor (LMFT-S) to supervise therapists pursuing licensure while delivering high-quality therapy.

The role emphasizes developing other clinicians in a flexible, creative, and collaborative setting, with strong supervision and administrative support. A clinician-focused culture supports work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Alabama LMFT license with approved supervisor designation (LMFT-S).
• 5+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred.
• Completed supervisor training and eligible to provide clinical supervision in Alabama.

Responsabilidades

• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy.
• Supervise pre-licensed counselors pursuing full LMFT licensure.
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervision.
• Develop creative interventions based on client needs and goals.
• Coordinate care with families, case managers, medical providers, and other professionals.
• Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and training.
• Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team culture.
