Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Licensed Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT/LCSW) with active license.
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred.
• BLS and CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments.
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children.
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Use evidence-based treatment methods for group and individual therapies.
