Job summary

Hope Haven Psychological Resource is seeking a licensed or licensed eligible Mental Health Therapist to diagnose, treat, and guide patients through crises while teaching communication skills and addressing dysfunctional behaviors. Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology.
• Completion of a Clinical Practicum during training (required).
• Completion and Passing of Graduate Level Clinical Theory Coursework (required).
• Current and unrestricted clinical license (preferred).
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
