ReDiscover is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.

WHAT WE DO

CPRC is a case management-focused program that supports individuals in living independently in the community. We offer multidisciplinary services, including medication management, therapy, group therapy, health and wellness support, employment services, and transportation support, to help clients develop skills, access resources, and manage their emotional and physical health.

Typical responsibilities may include:

• Maintaining and interacting with a caseload of clients with diverse characteristics, either in-person or over the phone.
• Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans promptly.
• Providing clinical interventions and referrals based on client needs.
• Empowering clients to develop knowledge, skills, and support systems for community functioning.
• Assessing client progress and addressing emergent needs clinically.
• Engaging difficult-to-serve clients by exploring all available resources and making connections.
• Documenting interactions and maintaining client information within ReDiscover’s electronic medical record system.
• Collaborating with an internal multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care effectively.

Requirements

Prior to joining ReDiscover, candidates should have:

• Availability for a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a social science field as defined by the Department of Mental Health.
• An active Provisional Counselor license (PLPC) through Missouri or a Master Social Worker license (LMSW) with registered supervision for Clinical Social Worker licensure in Missouri.
• An active clinical license in Missouri such as Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is preferred.
• At least two years of direct service experience in a mental health setting.
• Knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Excellent customer service skills with a recovery-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills—written, oral, and interpersonal.
• Intermediate skills in typing, Microsoft Word and Excel, and GSuite.
