Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) for a full-time remote position.

You will provide telehealth therapy to pre-screened, low-acuity clients during standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM) and focus on meaningful clinical work with robust administrative support. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology and an active Tennessee license in good standing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active Tennessee license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing is required.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred.

We specialize in connecting Licensed Mental Health Professionals with clients across the country through a secure and user-friendly online platform. This remote position is perfect for LMFTs, LPCs, or LCSWs who take pride in providing exceptional care. You’ll work with pre-screened, low-acuity clients, allowing you to focus on meaningful clinical interactions. Our administrative support ensures you can fully dedicate your time to therapy without the burden of non-clinical tasks.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually, plus a full range of benefits.
