LifeStance Health in Denton, TX is hiring a licensed mental health therapist (LPC, LCSW or LMFT) for a hybrid role in our 100% outpatient group practice. You will deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare with administrative support and a strong work/life balance.

We offer above-market compensation from $75,000 to $100,000+ depending on productivity, full benefits (health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, parental leave, EAP), sign-on bonus, and an annual cash bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Texas.
• Hybrid schedule: 1 day in office on Fridays and the rest remote from home.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking LCSWs that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Texas. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Hybrid 1 day in office on Fridays and the rest remote from home.
