LifeStance Health is hiring a licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW or LMFT) to join our Carrollton, TX office. This role offers 100% outpatient care in a group practice with a generous, productivity-based compensation model and full benefits.

Qualified Texas-licensed therapists must live within roughly an hour of Carrollton to accommodate remote work from home while supporting the Dallas-area office. Compensation range $75,000-$100,000+ based on productivity, with sign-on bonus and annual cash

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking LCSWs that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Texas. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Fully remote, must live in Dallas 1 hour from the office in Carrollton.
