Job summary

Jamestown Family Health Clinic in Sequim, WA is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician to join an integrated primary care team. You will assess adults and families, provide CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care, and coordinate referrals to BH services, MAT, and chronic disease management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work required and licensure at LICSW, LMPHP or LMFT.
• Must maintain WA state professional license.
• Experience in counseling, crisis intervention, and independent judgment essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide age- and culturally appropriate assessments for mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs.
• Deliver direct services including screening, assessment, intervention, and referrals.
• Utilize CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to support patient care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on behavioral health issues.
• Coordinate with hospital resources, MAT, and chronic disease management.
