Job summary

UnityPoint Health is seeking a licensed or developing behavioral health clinician to perform psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy. • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or MFT with clinical/mental health concentration.
• One year of practicum experience with a site's clientele; preferred beyond practicum.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial and diagnostic assessments.
• Diagnose patients per current DSM standards.
• Involve collateral sources in treatment as clinically indicated.
• Develop individual treatment plans to achieve goals.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy as indicated.
• Provide crisis psychotherapy.
• Refer patients to other services as needed.
• Maintain licensure and bill government payers.
