Job summary

Unity Health seeks a Therapist to lead our Behavioral Health Unit, delivering individual and group therapies and coordinating case management. A Master’s in Social Work and prior hospital/behavioral health experience are required, with orientation completed to act as a team leader.

You will collaborate with the health team, set priorities, and guide care plans, while maintaining patient safety and comprehensive documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited college or university.
• Healthcare experience as a Bachelor’s Level Therapist in a behavioral health setting.
• Must have completed hospital and unit orientation to act as team leader.
• Effective communication and leadership; adaptable to physician demands under stress.
• Budgeting, scheduling, and patient-specific care coordination.
