Job summary

CAYA Clinic in Madison, WI seeks a Mental Health & Substance Use Counselor to join our harm-reduction psychotherapy team. The clinician will perform assessments, intake, treatment planning, individual therapy, and group sessions within a multidisciplinary setting.

We require full licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) or SAC/CSAC eligibility with a Bachelor’s degree; hybrid work three days in-office with clinical supervision opportunities and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with full licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW required.
• SAC or CSAC license eligible if also holding a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments per DSM-5-TR.
• Provide individual psychotherapy with evidence-based approaches; opportunities for family/group therapy.
